At Star Paradise Hotel, we understand that holiday planning can be a complicated process. To make things easier for you, we have created a booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
A booking agreement refers to the official accommodation offer issued by Star Paradise Hotel and confirmed by the guest through written correspondence and the required payment. All reservations are considered valid only after written confirmation is sent by the hotel and payment has been successfully received within the specified timeframe.
To confirm any reservation, the guest must send written confirmation (via email) and proceed with the required payment within 24 hours of the booking request. If confirmation and payment are not received within this period, the pre-booking is automatically cancelled and the room is released without further notice.
Guests must ensure that all information submitted during the reservation — including full name, contact details, arrival/departure dates, number of guests and payment details — is accurate. Any errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the guest.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at the hotel during check-in.
Failure to complete payment at arrival may result in cancellation of the stay according to this policy.
The Non-Refundable Rate offers a 10% discount on the standard pricing.
It requires:
— 100% prepayment at the time of booking
— No refund under any circumstances
— Booking at least 14 days prior to arrival
This rate cannot be modified, cancelled or transferred to another date.
Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival require 100% prepayment regardless of rate type.
This ensures availability and protects the hotel from last-minute cancellations.
Due to high-season demand, stays from 1 July – 31 August require full payment within 24 hours of booking, non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, the amount may be credited towards a future stay, subject to availability, but no cash refunds are issued.
The Non-Refundable 10% discount does not apply for stays between 1 – 31 August, where only full, non-refundable payment is accepted due to seasonal demand.
When a 30% deposit has been made in advance, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in. Any additional charges (e.g. extras, damages, services) are paid at check-out.
— Cancellation 21+ days before arrival: 70% refund of full payment
— Cancellation 14–20 days before arrival (excluding August): 50% refund
— Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund, but credit available toward a future stay
— August stays: cancellation less than 20 days before arrival results in no refund, credit only
Refunds processed within 30 days.
If the guest fails to arrive (no-show) or leaves earlier than scheduled, 100% of the total reservation cost is charged, without eligibility for refunds.
For stays lasting only one night, the full cost is payable unless the accommodation is unable to provide the service due to internal issues.
Exceptions may be granted only in exceptional situations (medical emergencies, force majeure) and solely at the discretion of hotel management.
Modification requests are accepted subject to availability and may require a difference in rate if new dates fall within high-season or promotional periods.
Credit from cancelled bookings may be transferred to a future stay when applicable.
Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Guests may be required to provide ID or passport details when modifying or confirming a booking to ensure security and accuracy.
Certain promotions are valid only for a specific time frame. Guests are advised to confirm availability and conditions before finalizing their reservation.
Discounts between 5% and 15% may be applied to selected stays, depending on seasonal campaigns or promotional activity.
Some offers provide a specific monetary reduction on total stay value or bundle packages.
Occasionally, the hotel may offer promotions such as “Stay 5 nights, get 1 free”. These offers apply strictly to the nights indicated and cannot be converted into monetary credit.
Packages combining accommodation with services or additional benefits may be offered at discounted rates.
Some discounts apply automatically at checkout, while others require a promo code sent via email, social media or newsletter.
Promo codes are valid for a limited time and typically once per customer.
They cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless stated.

Star Paradise Hotel may update, modify or withdraw any offer without prior notice. If an active booking is affected, the guest will be informed via email or telephone.

Guests must send payment confirmation via email (screenshot or receipt). Booking remains pending until the payment has cleared.
All bookings are charged in Euro (€). Exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The hotel aims to respond to reservation requests within 24–48 hours during operational periods.
