Protection Policy for COVID-19
“Home” it’s not a word, it’s a feeling. You can feel it in, your favorite place… you can also feel it in your stay at Hotel STAR Paradise.
We would like to inform you about the changes we made to your stay only for this summer in order to protect you from Covid-19.
Our staff is provided with everything necessary (masks, gloves, robes, antiseptics) for your right security.
We have removed everything that could be a possible source of infection inside and outside of the rooms.

Details for each section
Reception:
The Reception is always willing to help and inform you of whatever you need,
- Check out 11.00 & Check in after 15:00
- We urge you not to leave room keys in the front desk
- Non registered guests are not allowed in the rooms
- Frequent disinfection of all common areas
- Our staff is thermo metered daily
- The desk can supply you with products for your own protection
Room:
We removed the decorative elements, we use a steam cleaner on each surface, the a/c are cleaned and we disinfect the room for at least 5 hours for next guest.
- Room cleaning and change of linen is every 3 days arranged unless guest request it earlier
- The cleaning process is necessary without your presence
- We have removed toast, boiler and minibar appliances and we will be happy to return them, at your request.
Breakfast:
- Plexiglass has been installed before the buffet
- Breakfast buffet will be served by our staff
- All orders from our suppliers are delivered to us with all protection measures taken
Swimming pool
- Maximun capacity 16 people inside the pool
- Shower before and after the use of pool is OBLIGATED
We understand any disturbance caused by all the above but it was necessary for all of us to be able to enjoy your summer vacations without any incident of the virus.
